if u noe the procedure of calling corporate, u will noe the frustration n anger in me..
vulgarity has came out from my mouth occassionally.. but for today only.. ha..
i do not mind calling if my throat is in a gd condition..
but currently my throat is NOT AT ALL..
imagine i have to repeat n repeat before reaching to the person in charge and my throat is protesting furiously for speaking too long at one go..
thought i would be blessed with several survey forms.. then at least i noe all callings would have been worthwhile..
